About the Project
Cover illustration for These Football Times issue 43, the Colombia special. The brief, more or less, was to fit as much Colombian football history into one composition as it could physically take — Carlos Valderrama's hair alone claimed about a third of the canvas, and I happily let it.
These Football Times was one of the best independent football publications going — lovely writing, lovely design — and I was genuinely glad they let me near a cover.
