Bailey Peacock-Farrell
A Frida Kahlo-inspired Bailey Peacock-Farrell cover for The Square Ball — a young Leeds goalkeeper, his defensive chaos, and a supporting cast of monkeys.
About the Project
A Frida Kahlo-inspired tribute to Bailey Peacock-Farrell, complete with defender monkeys and the kind of compositional logic that only really holds up once you commit to it completely.
It was an early Square Ball cover, and it now sits somewhere between homage, experiment and very specific Leeds United surrealism. With hindsight, the Liam Cooper monkey may have been the most emotionally prepared figure on the page.
October 2018. And yes, I remain sorry to Frida.

Sequence note
The closing plates are intended to read like a print-room pass: object, surface, and image held in sequence rather than treated as isolated uploads.
